Carbon Poker Identity Verification instructions

[Edit: this is the procedure in May 2011.   Check with Carbon if the porcess is the same if you are reading this noticeably past that date.]

Identity Document Verification

Photo ID verification is our highest form of verification and may be requested for a number of reasons, including:

• A player who has deposited via credit card wanting to complete a player to player transfer
• A player meeting credit card deposit limits
• The Fraud or Cashier department requesting the documents at their discretion

If you have been asked to complete the verification procedure by the site for any reason, or simply wish to complete the procedure ahead of time to ensure smoother processing, please follow the instructions below:

STEP 1 - Please follow this link to complete the identity verification form.

STEP 2 - Together with the verification form we require:

• A legible copy of a valid driver's license, passport, or other government issued photographic ID.
• A copy of the front and reverse sides of any credit/debit card used to deposit on your account

STEP 3 - Send the completed form and other documentation to the CarbonPoker.com support team via one of the following methods:

• Scan and email to support@carbonpoker.com
• Take a digital photograph of the documents and email to support@carbonpoker.com

All scans and photographs must be easily read, and should match the information stored in your CarbonPoker.com account information.

Your personal information will remain with us in strictest confidence, according to the CarbonPoker.com privacy policy.
